The Gallery: Typo

October 20, 2010

This week on The Gallery, Tara set the blogosphere the colour RED as the challenge.

I give you…

Blood on white tile

Yes, it is real. Yes, it is mine. Yes, it is suitably macabre. Rest assured, I didn’t intentionally harm myself. I sustained an injury and took the opportunity.

And you thought composing several lines of HTML was above and beyond the call of duty?

  4. October 20, 2010 8:23 am

Now, that is truly bleeding for your art. ;-)

You really shouldn’t be let loose with a razor, should you? :D

Ha ha I’m a danger to myself and others sometimes. Amazing the damage that can be wreaked by a paper cut… ;)

      • October 20, 2010 5:11 pm

If that’s a paper cut, then I’d love to see the paper that made it. ;-)

    • October 20, 2010 9:36 am

I must admit I like it too. Tweaked the whiteness to improve contrast but the red is unadulterated.

They say you have to suffer for your art!

    • October 20, 2010 9:51 pm

      I’d like to say I suffered but I didn’t. Didn’t even hurt, says Yorkshire tough guy… ;)

  14. October 20, 2010 12:46 pm

I like it when people take a different take on the theme than the ‘easy’ way and always try do to so myself.
Great photo, hope you’re still alive, not suffering from your injury and we get to enjoy more of your blogs:-)

  15. October 20, 2010 1:29 pm
